The Childbirth Center has a leadership opportunity for an experienced NICU nurse. We are looking for someone who is interested in growing their career as an Assistant Nurse Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES: include but not limited to
Lead clinical practice, education, and management as delegated by and in collaboration with the nurse manager
Promote delivery of quality nursing care
Clinical resources for patient care and staff competency
Education, supervision, mentorship, and evaluation of staff
Assist with ongoing unit daily operations
Support staff with orientation, evaluation, clinical problem solving, communication, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Support to the unit management team for the assurance of clinical workforce ongoing development and retention
The autonomy to practice to highest level of license SCHEDULE:
100% Day shift (40hrs.Weekly) REQUIREMENTS:
Two or more years in as an Level 2 or higher NICU Nurse
Have/Obtain a RN license to practice in Washington state or MSL.

Bachelor of Science BSN
Graduated from an accredited school of nursing
