Job Description
We are seeking an experienced App Migration Project Coordinator to support a TPM with the execution and tracking of a large-scale data center closure and cloud migration initiative. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of project coordination or management experience with some experience with data center migrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support aTPM with a project around the execution and tracking of the data center closure and migration of applications to AWS Public Cloud.
Work closely with a Technical Program Manager (TPM) based in Seattle and global teams to ensure project alignment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including BT application owners, storage, and cloud teams, to facilitate smooth migrations.
Drive end-to-end project delivery in a mostly waterfall environment.
Ensure alignment with migration strategy and roadmap, focusing on timely execution.
Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations throughout the migration process.
Coordinate with stakeholders across global teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
Oversee the decommissioning of legacy infrastructure and data center resources.

Skills and Requirements
2+ years of experience in project coordination/management, preferably in cloud migration and data center projects.
Knowledge of AWS Public Cloud and application migration.
Strong background in data center operations and decommissioning.
Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment with distributed teams.
Experience managing projects in a mostly waterfall methodology.
Excellent skills in execution tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or PMP methodologies. null
