Description
Job Summary:
Are you passionate about using AI to revolutionize how millions of customers discover products they'll love? We're looking for a technical leader to transform how Amazon measures and improves how we personalize every customer interaction through evolving AI and machine learning.
You will define, create, and own the universal metrics framework that will be used across Amazon's entire shopping organization to measure and improve the relevance of content and messaging. Working hands-on with data scientists and engineers, you'll develop sophisticated measurement systems that combine AI and customer insights to evaluate personalization effectiveness across all customer touchpoints.
In this role, you'll partner with teams across Amazon - including Shopping, Advertising, Prime Video, Kindle, and Alexa - to implement these metrics and ensure relevance is measured consistently. You'll pioneer new ways to use Large Language Models and AI to automatically detect and enhance relevance across our entire ecosystem, ensuring customers see the right content at the right time.
We're building something special - a unified personalization system that understands customers deeply and adapts in real-time to their needs. If you're excited about combining technical leadership with hands-on metric development to solve challenging problems that delight customers, we want to talk to you.
