Thank you for your interest in our Sales Account Executive opportunity located in Seattle.
The Sales Account executive (SAE) is responsible for maximizing revenues and market share focusing on premium revenue with Delta’s most strategic travel agency and corporate customers. Primary responsibilities may include, but not be limited to, building, maintaining, and managing agency and corporate relationships, contract and/or program negotiation and implementation, project management, performance evaluation, and maintenance of agreements with assigned portfolio. The SAE will also be accountable for building, managing, and supporting relationships with local strategic partners, including non-profit organizations, civic and community leaders to further strengthen DL presence in the market.
This role is based in Seattle, Washington.
Responsibilities include:
Manage share and contract performance for all assignedaccounts from leaders and direct reports, and drive revenue growth and marketshare across a portfolio of accounts in the greater Seattle area with a focuson premium revenue and high-yield opportunities.
Responsible for deepening customer relationships across PWNPortfolio; through developing and implementing strategic and tacticalinitiatives, elevating DL Brand awareness and driving market share and contractperformance for all assigned accounts.
Require collaboration and relationship development withother Delta colleagues in the sales organizations by initiating team sellingstrategies, including identifying local competitive trends and marketplaceopportunities. Organizations includes but not be limited to: Corporate andAgency Sales Development, Revenue Management, Sales Operations, MarketDevelopment and Sales Support Center.
Build relationships with colleagues from other divisions tocreate a collaborative environment with ACS, IFS, TechOps, and other teams.
Conduct analysis of data to determine opportunities anddevelop unique and customized strategies to drive revenue and performance.
Capture new business leads and cultivate a new businesspipeline for revenue growth opportunities with CSA, MSA, and SM4B.
Require frequent domestic and international travel, as wellas some night and weekend hours.
Salary range is $53100 - $152800 annually
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Demonstrated track record of having managed a successfulsales portfolio, as well as new business development.
Strong ability to influence; demonstrated collaborationskills and excellent communication and presentation skills (both oral andwritten) are required.
Demonstrated ability to analyze various data and applyfindings to build action plans that drive positive revenue and facilitateachievement of performance objectives.
Strong public speaking skills, including experience inmaking product presentations to decision makers and group forums.
Must possess robust business acumen and ability to keep upin the fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to different priorities
Must demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability tothrive in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt to shiftingpriorities and strategically develop impactful outcomes that align withbusiness priorities.
Must be able to manage change with resilience and displaytremendous drive and commitment in accordance with Rules of the Road.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability todisseminate information professionally according to Delta values.
In-depth knowledge of functional technology platformsincluding Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, CDS/Prism, GAIN, SFDC andother internal Delta Systems.
Must be available to work additional hours and/or days asneeded, including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to work effectively with minimal supervisionbut also work well in a team environment.
Ability to keep up in the fast-paced environment withflexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Must possess a current passport and have the ability andflexibility to travel and represent Delta at account meetings and industryfunctions both domestically and internationally.

Must reside/relocate to the Seattle area and be able toestablish and maintain a virtual office.
Must be performing satisfactorily in current position.
