Does that sound like you? The Opportunity with McKinstry McKinstry is looking to add a Senior Business Operations Analyst to our growing Enterprise Tech Projects division in Seattle. In this role, you will drive system development and process improvement by engaging our internal and external customers-including leading assigned projects. Additional responsibilities include: Lead efforts to improve capabilities, process improvement and technology projects. Analyze data for anomalies, trends and opportunities for improvement. Complete impact analyses for all operations improvements. Responsible for supporting contract and spend management functions. Responsible for completing financial analysis related to vendor proposal review and savings tracking for implemented contracts. Deliver accurate, high quality and timely results in business administrative support Manage administrative project work flow: including active work and forecast work; backlog of work, and be responsible to deliver project deliverables within required deadlines. Lead project activities across team members and departments in a timely manner. Schedule, lead and/or coordinate meetings as requested and ensure tracking and follow-up of resulting action items. Take meeting notes as needed. Work with internal stakeholders to oversee and control operating expenses, lead the design and implementation of tools that enable the team to scale effectively, maintain high integrity of crucial infrastructure data, and solve important business problems through data analysis. Analyze and manage project operating expenses with third party suppliers, including obtaining internal financial approvals and controlling cash disbursements. Lead development and implementation of process improvements to increase process automation and scalability in order to support a rapidly growing business. Develop metrics and analyze trends for key takeaways to achieve business objectives and reduce operating costs. Develop and maintain professional internal client relationships across departments and geographies Responsible for communication and sharing of information and training on key business processes related to financial and project management What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required (a degree in facilities management, construction management, engineering, or other related field preferred). Three (3) to four (4) years' experience in architecture, engineering, construction or other professional services industry required. Proven leadership abilities and program/project management experience required. Advanced business writing and editing skills required. Demonstrable knowledge of finance and economics principals, with proven ability to analyze business performance from a cost, revenue, and margin perspective required. Highly proficient with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required. Excellent knowledge of Excel functions and data analysis preferred Experience providing business support in a large organization or multi-office environment strongly preferred.
