Primary Responsibilities: As a Senior Program Manager, you are the primary decision maker for the program or portfolio of programs. You will collaborate with business unit leadership in shaping the strategic direction of the program/portfolio and managing customer relationships. A Senior Program Manager is a people manager, leader and mentor that effectively manages team members in support of delivery success. You will have extensive experience in implementing structured project management/process methodologies in order to meet scope, schedule and budget requirements. You will successfully lead through direct reports, and effectively communicate and execute against program and organizational objectives. A Senior Program Manager must exhibit strong communication skills, with the ability to lead and resolve conflict in order to meet revenue goals, while ensuring contractual compliance. Primary expectations of a Senior Program Manager include: Manages all aspects of program performance (i.e. technical, contractual, administrative, financial) and coordinating program activities across multiple projects Experienced in the ability to manage planned contract revenue, billable utilization, and gross margin achievement Cultivates strong customer relationships to understand needs, maximize customer satisfaction, and communicate overall project status, as well as drive innovation Communicates with stakeholders to address changes to program scope, timeline, or budget. Advanced experience with change management best practices. Exhibits extensive influential skills to translate customer vision and drive project activities to successful outcomes.
