• Lead product development roles for technical formulation development for tape related products
• Interact with business team and customers to identify new product opportunity
• Work with cross function team to develop, validate process, product performance and material specification, enable NPI commercialization
• Identify patent opportunities and support enterprise IP processes
• Apply disciplined project practices to prioritize, execute, and document for work.
Qualification
Keen interest in research, open mind for new technology
• Master and above degree in chemical, Polymer, Material Science or relative disciplines is preferred
• Innovative, resourceful, organized, and a self-starter with excellent handwritten and oral communication skills with analytical problem-solving ability
• Able to identify technical uncertainties, propose resolving hypothesis and build plans to verify
• Good EHS awareness
5+ product development experience in related area
