Carrier Lead Technician in Singapore, Singapore

Key Responsibilities:
Perform monthly routine service for chillers, cooling towers and pumps under service agreement
Perform troubleshooting and give recommendations for repairs for chillers, cooling towers and pumps under service agreement
Perform recommended repairs for the chillers, cooling towers and pumps under service agreement
Liaise with customer technicians on maintenance and repair schedule
Perform 24/7 standby duty (rostered) for chiller plant equipment complaint and breakdown
Ensure safety procedures and conduct during service or repairs.
Supervise a small team
Requirements
Min Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic or equivalent
Tertiary qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration / HVAC (added advantage)
Min 5 years hands-on experience in HVAC or M&E industry
Experience with HVAC system & components such as chillers
