Job Description
Job Title: QC Technician 1
Reports To: Quality Supervisor
Group/Division: SUD
FLSA Status (Exempt/Non-Exempt): Non-Exempt
Relocation (if applicable): No
Responsibilities:
Provide quality control support through timely inspection/verification of materials, processes, and products.
Perform engineering evaluation per test protocol.
Perform incoming inspection, environmental monitoring, and product inspection.
Compile inspection records, approved COC/COA to facilitate traceability for demonstration of product compliance.
Retrieve manufacturing test/calibration data as requested by the customer.
Ensure appropriateness and completion of DHR as follows:
Test Results are within specifications.
COA/COC are prepared and signed
Good Documentation Practice
Perform product/process acceptance activities based on approved and released specifications and documentation as defined in respective process SOP.
Make sure that systems and procedures follow ISO 13485, 21CFR Part 820.
Support plant-wide activities and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
Minimum GCE 'O' Level/Nitec.
Meticulous and detailed.
Experience in cleanroom is an advantage.
Comfortable to work OT on weekends when required.
