Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Accountant to join our team. This position will manage accounting functions for multiple locations, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, timely reporting, and fostering financial stability. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cash flow management, reconciliations, and financial reporting, along with experience using Great Plains Dynamics and Paycom.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee accounting operations for multiple locations, ensuring accurate financial records and timely reporting.
Use Great Plains Dynamics to process financial transactions, generate financial statements, and prepare reports.
Manage payroll processing through Paycom, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Monitor cash flow, including inflows and outflows, to maintain liquidity and financial stability.
Handle daily banking tasks such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations for compliance and accuracy.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Supervise and mentor a small team, providing guidance, training, and performance reviews.
Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior leadership, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
SALARY RANGE: $75,000 - $90,000

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Senior Accountant, with a focus on reconciliation, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Great Plains Dynamics and Paycom software preferred.
Strong understanding of banking operations and cash flow dynamics.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead a small team, manage priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00AM -5:00 PM
