The base salary is a competitive $37,440, with additional commissions and bonuses depending on performance. Those who are proficient in their role can look forward to potentially making up to an impressive $55,000 annually. Insurance License: Must possess a valid PandC insurance license in the state of Texas.

Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Customer Service Orientation: A genuine desire to help clients and provide exceptional customer service.

Self-motivated: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet sales targets.
