This position serves as theSalesforce Platform Owner. The successful candidate will be a senior leader accountable for the enterprise Salesforce.com platform by providing strategic and operational leadership. The candidate will be highly proficient in the disciplines of service operations, program management, team development, and organizational change management. The successful candidate will have a proven history of building and leading teams.
Essential Functions
? Subject to management approval, serves as the Salesforce Platform Owner for the Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT), leading decision making for the Salesforce Platform, including overseeing the platform team, Salesforce roadmap, leading governance, business alignment, and platform strategy.
Serves as a special program director that devises and implements immediate and definitive action with delegated authority to organize, recruit, and build task force units to meet a wide and divergent set of problem areas.
Serves as full line supervisor.
Keeps abreast of new developments in the information technology field by continuing education through meetings, training sessions, seminars, and conferences to increase familiarity with and remain current on products, vendors, techniques, and procedures.
Performs other duties as required or assigned, which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
