ManpowerGroup Machine Operator and Packaging Roles in Springfield, Missouri
Our client, an esteemed player in the industrial sector, is seeking a Packing, Quality Control, Assembly, General Laborer Light to join their team. You will be part of the operations supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Packaging Roles Nights 10-12 hours
Location: Springfield, MO
Pay Range: $17 Days and $18 Nights
What's the Job?
The person hired for the position of Production Operator will be responsible for producing and assembling products
They operate and maintain machinery, ensure production standards are met, finalize products, and prepare them for shipping
Observing all safety procedures, maintain a clean and safe work area
Applying quality instructions & specifications
Monitoring the production or packing operation to ensure quality objectives are met
Loading/unloading material into & from equipment
Working as a team member through sharing information, problem solving & assisting others
Understanding and following all safety policies and procedures
Following process standards to ensure quality product is produced
Performing data entry and recording required tests and adjusting processes as necessary to meet quality specifications
Maintaining excellent housekeeping
What's Needed?
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a production machine operator role.
High School diploma or GED.
Attention to Detail, Quality Control
Ability to communicate effectively in English (speak, read, write).
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
Willingness to undergo background screening and drug testing.
