Job Title: Forklift Operator

Job Description

Employees will operate a stand-up forklift for shipping and receiving materials. They will also supply materials to the line and remove materials from the lines.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up forklift for shipping and receiving materials

• Supply materials to the production line

• Remove materials from the production lines

• Follow all GMP policies

• Wear hair and beard nets, company-provided lab coats, and avoid wearing any jewelry

Essential Skills

• Stand-up forklift experience

• 1 year of either sit-down or stand-up forklift experience

• Material handling

• General labor

• Production experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a food manufacturing plant

Work Environment

The work environment is a climate-controlled food manufacturing plant. Employees must adhere to GMP policies, including wearing hair and beard nets and company-provided lab coats, and avoiding any type of jewelry. The available shift is the 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
