The Scheduling Coordinator provides patient appointment scheduling and customer service functions including scheduling appointments, patient reception, appointment check-in, and insurance verification for patients in the Radiology Department. Work Schedule: Per diem overnights. Hours are 11:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m. and can vary seven days a week, filling in for PTO and sick calls. There are opportunities to pick up other shifts as well. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Two years of experience in direct customer/patient service, or one year of experience internally within the Regions Radiology Department. Preferred Qualifications: Two years of post-secondary education in healthcare or business administration. Healthcare scheduling experience. Epic electronic medical record system experience. Additional Information: This is a non-union per diem (0 set hours per pay period) position working in Saint Paul, MN. The full salary range for this position is $19.74-$29.61 per hour, based on experience and internal equity. This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and not eligible for benefits.
