Trexquant Investment Infrastructure Software Engineer (USA) in Stamford, Connecticut

We are looking for skilled and motivated developers to join Trexquant's Infrastructure team. In this role, you'll help optimize mission-critical systems, develop multi-prime capabilities, and support high-impact projects that enhance our trading operations. Your technical expertise will drive innovation and efficiency, directly supporting Trexquant's business objectives.
Responsibilities
Design, develop and provide strategic initiative focused on the creation of multi-prime capabilities, enhancing the foundation of our trading and clearing platform and improving our flexibility to market conditions and provider offerings.
Improve the performance, scalability, and efficiency of our medium-frequency statistical arbitrage infrastructure, enhancing our platform to meet expanding and evolving needs.
Develop robust software infrastructure to process and evaluate large volumes of data, and the development of infrastructure to take action on findings real-time.
Expand and optimize our trading and clearing system, including data feeds, provider connectivity, and integrations with new asset classes, counter-parties and business lines.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on software development experience, with expertise in Python or C++.
BS/MS/PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Experience developing multi-prime capability and infrastructure, including enhancements to proprietary portfolio and execution management systems, clearing and reconciliation processes is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills with a process-driven approach and meticulous attention to detail.
