Job Title: Grounds Maintenance
Shift: 1st shift Monday-Friday 6AM-finish (typically 2pm-4pm)
Pay Rate: $27.40/hour
Job Description
We are looking for a facility/grounds maintenance individual to join our team. The role involves maintaining the entire facility, including basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscape, snow removal, and more. You will be working alongside another team member to ensure the upkeep and functionality of the plant.
Responsibilities
Operate Bobcat for snow removal
Lay salt and shovel snow
Maintain grass and landscaping
Replace windows and doors
Address electrical issues
Perform plumbing tasks
Change HVAC filters
Remodel offices
Essential Skills
Experience as a maintenance technician
Groundskeeping skills
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Facility maintenance experience
Heavy equipment operation
Carpentry skills
Ability to complete work orders

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $56992.00 - $56992.00/yr.
Metatarsal Reimbursement
Safety Glasses reimbursement
All major holidays paid- must work day before or day after
401k plan after 90 days
$20 per pay roughly for benefits
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Steelton,PA.
