FLEX-STAFF, INC. - STEVENS POINT Project & Claims Coordinator in STEVENS POINT, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking an experienced Project & Claims Coordinator for a local property services company located in Stevens Point. This person in this role will assist the Management team with scheduling and overseeing cleaning and restoration from start to finish and will communicate with various parties throughout, including property owners, insurance adjustors and subcontractors. Will provide estimates and ensure job processes and procedures are precisely followed. Duties include: -Scheduling and quality control on cleaning and restoration projects -Working with claims, including working with the insurance adjusters and companies -Creating new systems or processes for efficiency when appropriate -Instruct and delegate a Technician Assistant on job sites -Assisting with inspections -Keeping customers informed if running late/early -Reporting issues to management -Working with managers if vehicle or equipment maintenance/repairs are needed -Assisting with trainings -Performing microbial growth inspections and testing ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: -Previous experience within property services, insurance and/or construction/building materials is ideal -Comfortable working on computers and learning new programs -Organized and professional presentation -Meticulous attention to detail -Excellent communication skill -Willingness to do what is needed on job site, including clean up procedures ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: stevenspoint@flexstaff.com Apply Online: www.flexstaff.com Call For Appointment: 715-343-9000 This position is listed by a private employment agency.
