Job Title: General Manager

Job Description

The General Manager is responsible for managing all of the café/restaurant's operational functions, ensuring all operational standards and compliance with company policies, selecting and managing a team of employees while fostering an environment of service excellence, and ensuring that the café/restaurant meets or exceeds financial goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the café/restaurant.

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and operational standards.

  • Select, train, and manage a team of employees.

  • Foster an environment of service excellence.

  • Ensure the café/restaurant meets or exceeds financial goals.

Essential Skills

  • Three years of previous restaurant experience.

  • Experience working in a high-volume hospitality setting.

  • High school level math skills.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Effective communication in English.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma.

  • BA/BS degree (preferred).

  • Completion of driving training and maintenance of a clear motor vehicle record (preferred).

Work Environment

The role involves working from a home office and then onsite at restaurants within the assigned territory, specifically in the Stockton location. The environment is collaborative and offers opportunities for growth.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
