We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our leadership team in a hybrid role based in Stratham, NH. This role involves coordinating schedules, planning events, managing travel arrangements, and assisting with presentations, special projects, and administrative tasks. salary: $35.06 - $35.07 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

  • Coordinator departmental meetings and schedules on behalf of VPs and leadership team. Plans events, including off-site large-scale meetings. Acts as liaison to internal and external customers

  • Creates, builds and edits key business presentations. Assists with special projects and assignments such as research, data gathering and dissemination

  • Manages travel arrangements including creating itineraries, tracking and processing subsequent expense reports

  • Performs various administrative support tasks such as responding to and preparing correspondence, filing, faxing and sorting and prioritizing mail and phone messages. Other duties as needed

  • Manages department budgets, generates purchase orders, processes invoices, inventory and supply request. Assists the department associates with training and general direction on internal systems such as travel and expense management

  • Supports additional team projects as necessary acts as a liaison to coordinate data from multiple areas with the company
