Senior Executive Assistant

What will you do?

A day in the life of a Senior Executive Assistant at Timberland looks a little like this.

You'll be a trusted member of our team reporting to and supporting the Global Brand President, Timberland, along with the Vice President, Strategy. You’ll be a liaison with the Global Brand Leadership team and the Executive Assistant network across VF.

Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.

  • Working side by side with business leaders, establishing a broad internal network and applying a strong knowledge of how the organization works.

  • Performing full lifecycle project management responsibilities for the Global Brand President, accompanying her to meetings and managing action items and tasks to achieve intended outcomes.

  • Coordinating a high volume of meetings and schedules on behalf of the assigned Executives, planning team events, including small to large-scale meetings off-site.

  • Proactively interfacing and communicating as a representative of the Executive Team, with all internal and external contacts,

  • Maintaining and publishing a weekly Executive schedule and an annual Executive Calendar for all key dates, including VF meetings and Global Brand meetings/holidays.

  • Coordinating and communicating with other EA’s across VF as the lead EA in Stratham HQ; providing back-up to other EA’s when needed.

  • Organizing and managing all international and domestic travel arrangements including creating itineraries, processing travel visas, and managing subsequent expense reports.

  • Creating and editing key business presentations as needed. Assisting with special projects and assignments such as research, data gathering and dissemination.

  • Performing various administrative support tasks such as responding to and preparing communications, managing shipments/deliveries, and trafficking all requests to the Global Brand President.

  • Managing department budget, generating purchase orders, processing invoices and ordering supplies.

What do you need to succeed?

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 3-5 years of experience and professional achievements.

  • Strong organization and prioritization skills with a high attention to detail

  • Prior experience with international travel arragements/processing visas and event planning

  • Strong computer skills using MS Office, Powerpoint and Excel

Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements: Must be willing and able to work extended or flexible hours if/when needed. Must be able to bend, lift, open and move products and related office items up to 25 pounds, depending on need.

Hiring Range :

$32.80 USD - $41.00 USD per hour

Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
