Description We are actively looking for a Customer Service Representative to become a part of our team in Strongsville, Ohio. In this role, you will play a crucial part in servicing our clients from various sectors. Your primary duties will involve maintaining detailed customer records, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring the seamless management of customer accounts. This role provides a contract-to-permanent employment opportunity in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
• Process customer credit applications accurately and promptly
• Keep customer credit records updated to ensure precision
• Address customer inquiries, providing outstanding service and support
• Oversee customer accounts and take necessary measures when needed
• Use SAP and Microsoft Office to manage customer data and generate comprehensive reports
• Help customers with their requirements, ensuring a positive interaction
• Respond to inbound calls, effectively addressing customer queries and concerns
• Carry out data entry tasks, ensuring information is precise and current
• Resolve any issues that come up, providing solutions quickly
• Maintain a positive demeanor while working in a high-speed environment. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role
• Proficiency in using SAP software for customer management
• Proven ability to assist customers effectively and professionally
• Excellent customer service skills with a customer-first mindset
• Experience in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Excel and Word
• Experience in answering inbound calls in a high-volume environment
