Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Strongsville, Ohio. This role involves processing customer requests, maintaining customer records, and resolving inquiries. As a Customer Service Representative, you will monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions.
Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot customer issues effectively and efficiently
• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to emails
• Maintain positive customer relationships through excellent customer service
• Utilize business software and Office Suite to process customer applications
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
• Generate detailed reports as required
• Work in a fast-paced service industry environment
• Perform data entry tasks as needed. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
• Experience in assisting customers, both in-person and over the phone
• Solid background in customer service, with the ability to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in data entry, with the ability to enter customer information accurately and efficiently
• Experience in answering inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and routing calls as necessary
• Ability to generate detailed reports, providing insights into customer interactions and service metrics TalentMatch®
