Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, rebuild, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment used in various production and related services.
Perform vehicle and forklift maintenance and repair.
Perform preventive maintenance and maintain records accordingly.
Maintain electrical systems by reading and understanding electrical schematics.
Work with vendors to obtain required parts for maintenance and repair.
Review/recommend more efficient production and machining options.
Operate hand/power tools, metal fabrication equipment, and welding equipment.
Essential Skills
5+ years of proven maintenance experience
Strong electrical skills (12V, 24V, 110V, 220V, 480V)
Able to demonstrate knowledge of machine repair
Knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic systems and machine controls
Ability to operate tools and equipment including hand and power tools, metal fabrication equipment, and welding equipment
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics
Work Environment
6am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday, with additional OT some Saturday's
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based near Sussex, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00
