TEKsystems Desktop Support Technician in Syracuse, New York
Description
Our customer is looking to bring on a Desktop Support Technician to help assist with basic desktop initiatives on their Computer Services team. This candidate will be supporting most of the staff that covers about 2500+ devices and about 90+ departments. This candidate will be primarily onsite with minimal travel to work sites (centralized position). The work will consist of primarily hardware break/fix and software troubleshooting. Additionally, this person will perform new hardware installations as well as other assigned tasks. The team works primarily with Windows and also has some MAC devices.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
