J&J Family of Companies Key account Manager in Taipei, Taiwan

Responsibility:

Achieves sales target via establishing and developing effective relationships with customers and building profitable business partnership. (40%)

Initiates, implements, and evaluates sales activities of key accounts. Seeks potential opportunity and lifts sales momentum via effective tailor-made business development plan and Key accounts business analysis and seeks advise, counsel and direction (30%)

Collects market intelligence and provides feedback to key account manager, marketing and professional affairs on impact of programs directed to build business and increase customer loyalty. (10%)

Updates and maintains “Customer Business Management “ master file to develops key account business. (10%)

Performs other related duties and maintain retail coverage as assigned by management. (10%)

Others

  • Communicate the company policy, compliance requirement to external customers;

  • Provide guidance to customers to handle product related complaints;

  • Promptly report and escalate all complaints, to related Complaint Handling Unit as per company procedural requirement;

  • Ensure the distributor activities meet contractual commitment with JJV;

  • Implement product field action as per instruction from the company.

  • On time completion of training courses assigned;

  • Execute the company procedures; Report significant quality event and product complaints according to related company policy and procedure.

Qualifications

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree above.

Minimum experience required: 6 years experience in field sales, trade marketing and category management experience with proven track record in multi-national company.

Good interpersonal skill required.

English written and oral communication skills are required.

Basic planning and excellent execution abilities are required.
