中奥智慧正在不断发展壮大,您的首要任务是在国家相关法律法规的框架下,贯彻执行公司质量要求,按时高效完成年度检测业务及现场工作计划,为客户提供高质量的检测及相关服务,使客户满意,并协助销售进一步开拓市场,不断提高公司业务的市场占有率。

通常情况下,您需要:

1.依据客户及相关法律法规要求,从事电梯、扶梯及升降机的日常检测;

2.依据国家和行业标准、客户需求等执行电梯安全和运行质量现场评估;

3.贯彻执行国家检验法规、标准和公司相关质量体系文件要求,并对本岗工作质量负责;

4.熟练掌握检验指导书内容,并按照检测指导开展检测,据实填写原始记录,完成检测报告;

5.协助销售人员开展电梯检测业务的市场调研,市场推广,投标等工作;

6.完成主管安排的其他工作;

7.学习、理解并遵守公司的商业道德规范;

8.学习、理解并遵守公司的环境、健康与安全的规则和程序以及当地的安全政策和法规。上报所有的事故(伤害、疾病,险兆以及环境事故等)、危险状况以及紧急事件。在工作之前进行工作危险分析,并采取响应的预防措施来保护自身的安全。参加环境、健康与安全的培训活动,并对自己的安全负责。

9.遵守卓越服务的政策和程序,履行卓越服务的客户承诺,制定卓越服务计划并实施,实现卓越服务目标。

成功的候选人需要具备:

1.持有有效的特种设备检验检测人员资格证(DTY/DT-1)

2.具备良好的电气机械工程等相关专业知识

3.将安全放在首位

4.具备良好的沟通能力

5.愿意探索,适应能力强,可独自或与团队合作开展工作

6.熟练使用电子、数字以及检测相关仪器设备工具。
