We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data, Service, and Process Analyst to join our Worldwide Qualification Testing organisation in Szeged or Nyíregyháza, Hungary. Key responsibilities include:
Define and communicate strategic objectives for Qualification Testing metrics and analytics
Analyse existing Qualification Testing data, identifying standardisation potentials and implementing necessary actions
Develop and implement a ContiTech-wide standardised Qualification Testing KPI concept and methods
Identify key Qualification Testing methods and standards, benchmarking internally and externally
Develop and drive implementation of Qualification Testing data concepts, ensuring management and quality assurance
Maintain and optimise existing Qualification Testing data, metrics, and analytics standards
Roll out and communicate developed standards across the organisation
Analyse training needs, create and execute training programmes for related standards
Master degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in data analysis, service analysis, or process analysis
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets
Proficiency in data analysis software such as Excel, R, Python, or SAS
Experience with statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Solid understanding of qualification testing processes and quality management principles
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
Experience in process mapping and analysis
Familiarity with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies
Knowledge of Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is a plus
Experience working in a global or worldwide organization is preferred
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English;
