What’s a typical day as Customer Service Case Administrator? You’ll be:

• Prioritizing customer inquiries and solutions through efficient time management and focused attention, while reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

• Assessing brand loyalty with an emphasis on achieving total customer satisfaction.

• Informing customers of Honda's stance, ensuring it's supported by facts and comprehensive data from relevant parties.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have excellent communication (verbal and written) skills—this is a must-have!

• Possess knowledge of powersports-related systems (warranty, product, field, and dealer operations).

• Are proficient in computer systems, including Interactive Network (iN), Salesforce (CRRS), CICS, and Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
