Accounts Payable Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee invoice processing, vendor management, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with financial policies, assist in budgeting, and support month-end reconciliation. This role requires strong supervision of the accounts payable staff and preparation of weekly KPIs.
Responsibilities
Ensure all invoices are processed correctly and on time.
Process 1099's.
Maintain relationships with vendors and resolve payment issues.
Oversee the accounts payable staff and ensure proper procedures are followed.
Prepare weekly KPIs for the team.
Prepare and review financial reports related to accounts payable.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial projections.
Assist in month-end close reconciliation.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, XLOOKUPS).
Experience with large ERP systems, Oracle highly preferred.
Experience with invoice processing, 3 way matching, and full cycle accounts payable management
