Your role and responsibilities
Due to continued growth and the need to expand IBM Japan's Managed Services Practice, we are currently looking for an Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM Project Manager. The Cloud Managed Services team has an exciting opportunity for a manager who is keen to learn and expand their knowledge of the Oracle Cloud workspace and supporting technologies.
Day-to-day duties include:
Managing a team of resources supporting Cloud ERP and HCM clients
Manage the daily ticket queue within the helpdesk and assist with triage and delegation of tasks to appropriate team members.
Conduct weekly, bi-weekly and monthly (as required) client meetings to ensure client needs are met and tickets are resolved in a timely manner.
Conduct AMS team meetings to manage workload and remove obstacles.
Support the Managed Services sales team on new prospects and RFPs.
The ideal candidate is a cross-functional Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM Project Manager or Service Delivery Manager with a focus on managing a team of Oracle Cloud consultants and strong business process consulting Skilled consultants.
- At least five years' experience in upgrading and/or implementing Oracle EBS Financials/HCM, Workday Financials/HCM or Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud as a functional specialist/consultant.
Required technical and professional expertise
Minimum 5 years of experience managing Oracle Application projects in a PM role or Team leader role
Speak Japanese Mandatory and preferebly English
Preferred technical and professional experience
Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS or Oracle ERP cloud , HCM Cloud experience
