オラクル製品をご利用頂いているお客様に対し、問題解決支援、運用改善支援、環境調査・評価などの各種有償サービスの提供を通して、お客様ビジネスの価値向上を担います。具体的には契約に基づき以下の業務を行います：●問題解決支援、運用改善支援、環境調査・評価などの各種サービス提供において、お客様や国内外の部署と調整・連携を行い、的確かつ円滑なサービスを提供●問題解決支援では、サポートチームやエンジニアを組織し、問題影響の最小化や問題解決の促進、お客様のビジネスを考慮した調査・進捗管理、お客様への適切な報告を担当●社内や部内の様々な改善活動をリードし、品質や機能向上に貢献

Responsibilities

オラクルを代表して提供するサービスを担当し、お客様ビジネスの価値向上を目的に、お客様の課題やニーズを的確に把握した上で、適切なサービスの提供を行う事が求められます。これには、お客様や国内外の部署との円滑なコミュニケーションを基にした良好な関係性の構築が重要となります。

以下いずれかの経験を有する方：

・OS（Linux）、Oracle DB、Server、Storage、Network、OCI/Cloud、いずれかの環境でサポート、運用、構築業務の経験が5年以上ある方

・システムインテグレーターやベンダ、メーカの運用サービス部門（テクニカル・アカウント・マネージャ業務含む）、サポート部門、ITコンサルタント部門の経験が5年以上ある方

以下いずれかの知識、経験、資格を有する方：

・オラクルハードウェア製品（Exadata、ODA、Oracle Server）のサポート、運用、構築の経験

・オラクルミドルウェア製品（Oracle DB、RAC、ASM、MySQL）のサポート、運用、構築の経験

・ネットワーク製品のサポート、構築、運用の経験

・Cloud製品のサポート、構築、運用の経験（OCI、AWS、Azureなど）

・運用管理ツールのサポート、構築、運用の経験（JP1、System Workerなど）

・仮想化ツールのサポート、構築、運用の経験（VM wear、Oracle VMなど）

・プロジェクト管理の経験、認定資格

・Cloudベンダの認定資格

英語は、ヒアリングおよびスピーキング能力が高いことが望ましいが、最低限、リーディングおよびライティング能力は、海外部署との円滑なコミュニケーションを図るために必須。
