Role Overview:
As the Manager, Global Benefits, you’ll manage global benefit plans, ensuring compliance, optimizing service delivery, and leading key initiatives like plan renewals and vendor partnerships. You'll leverage technology and automation to enhance processes while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage global benefits plan renewals, vendor implementations, and compliance activities.
Oversee global retirement plans, ensuring timely execution and effective communication.
Lead internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and on-time completion.
Analyze benefits plan performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
Use technology and automation to enhance global benefits service delivery.
Monitor billing and payments to benefit vendors, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
Develop benefits communication strategies to educate and inform employees.
Stay up-to-date with HR trends and contribute to the development of program documentation.
What You Bring:
Expertise in health, welfare, retirement, and wellbeing benefits.
Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with HRIS systems, benefits platforms, and advanced Excel.
Bilingual (French, Spanish, or Polish) is a plus.
Work Experience
8 years of progressive experience
Education
Required: Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business
