Academic requirements :
Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electronic Engineer.
General Objective
You will collaborate with the global Engineering and Operations teams to apply a platform usage approach to all new designs, while gathering and implementing design considerations for use across multiple product categories.
Qualifications & Knowledge:
2 years of experience in a similar position.
Microsoft Office.
Minitab.
Electronical basic knowledge.
Drawing interpretation.
ESD Basic knowledge.
Personnel Management.
ISO 9001:2015.
Problem Solving Methodologies (8Ds, FTA, Ishikawa).
Lean Manufacturing Knowledge.
Advanced English.

Duties & Responsibilities
Establish and maintain rapport with the team, through communication and proactivity within the organization.
Drive containment actions on quality issues.
Coordinate audits of your staff that contribute to effective evaluations to avoid customer complaints.
Monitor the performance of audits performed as part of the organization's Quality performance.
Non-conforming product quarantine and tracking
Conduct GR&R, CPK study, and SPC follow up
Active participation in new product launches, acting as a customer.
