Guest Services Supervisors at Grand Beach Resort Partners LLC in Traverse City, MI Responsible for supervising guest services employees. Ensure guests are accommodated and resolve issues in a friendly, courteous, and effective manner. Assist the front desk with daily operation tasks including taking reservations on computer, talking to guests, check-in/out, posting credit card and cash payments and processing charges to guest rooms, giving directions, light dusting of office area, folding towels during down time, and communicating with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are cleaned. Oversee and help guest service staff with customer inquiries and resolving issues or complaints. Train new employees in guest services roles. Monitor performance of guest services staff and provide feedback on how to improve. Must be able to stand for up to 12 hours.
