We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Attorney to join a firm in the Troy area. This role is primarily focused on the legal sector with a particular emphasis on civil litigation. Requirements
• Proven experience as a practicing attorney or lawyer.
• Proficient in civil litigation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High ethical standards and professionalism in interactions with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in legal research and writing.
• Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive strategies.
• Superior negotiation skills with the ability to resolve disputes outside of court.
• Comfortable working independently or collaborating on a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
