LGAR Health & Rehabilitation Center Facilities Maintenance Technician in Turtle Creek, Pennsylvania
The LGAR Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 4-Star, 120 bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Turtle Creek in the eastern suburbs of Allegheny County.We are currently seeking a Full Time Facilities Maintenance Technician who is responsible for various aspects of maintaining the property including, but not limitied to, regular and preventive maintenance grounds management, utilities upkeep, fire safety and diaster response planning.Assures compliance with all Federal, State and Local government, Health Department, Life Safety and Facility regulations. On Call responsibilities are shared wtih Department Director.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the preventative maintenance Program components and documentaion.
- Daily maintenance including, but not limitied to, proper lighting, wall repair and painting, furniture movement and repair, carpet and floor repair, lock out tag usuage when required, outlet and plug safety checks and repairs, plumbing fixtures repair, temperature checks.
Respond in a timely manner to all Work Orders.
