■About Organization and Team
Commercial Business Planning (Commercial 4P) is responsible for 4P (Product, Price, Place and Promotion) strategy development, business planning and execution of Commercial PC/Tablet business to maximize its revenue and profit.
Report to : Director, Lenovo Japan Commercial 4P
Subordinates : None
Number of Peers : 4
■Roles and responsibilities
This position is responsible for strategy and plan development for Lenovo Japan commercial business, to maximize its revenue and profit.
Business Strategy and Plans development
Develop business strategy based on market and historical data analysis for each product, channel and customer segment
Develop quarterly business execution plans (revenue, profit) in align with business strategy, and interlock with sales/related team for execution.
Plan execution and reporting
KPI status report in regular cadence including, actual/plan gap analysis, corrective actions to address if any issues
Ad-hock business analysis to improve entire business performance and propose actions to improve
■Key Interaction with:
Product and Segment planning / marketing (Lenovo)
Sales (Lenovo)
Finance (Lenovo)
Supply and Demand, Logistics (Lenovo)
■Requirements
Must Have – essential
Experience in making business decisions by quantitative analysis
Experience in business operations with short-term(weekly, daily) Business Management System
Data driven/logical approach
Business level English skills (ref. TOEIC600+)
Good to have - desirable
Experience in hardware industry for international company
Experience in professional firms .e.g management consulting
Basic knowledge of PC (e.g. technical term like CPU, HDD)
