UL, LLC Sales Support Specialist in Vancouver, Washington

  • This is a Hybrid role requiring 3 days/week in a UL office.

  • Candidates must Northbrook, IL, Vancouver, WA or Research Triangle Park, NC

  • Engages with customers via telephone or electronic inquiries for the purpose of taking orders, order fulfilment, or admin-related post-sales activities.

  • Under moderate supervision, develops and shares quotes for specified categories of leads using standardized pricing tools.

  • Processes orders into the ERP after quote acceptance, ensures clients receive follow-up of sent quotes and assists in turning quotes into orders.

  • Supports account managers and owners by performing administrative-related tasks.

  • Tracks previous orders and supplies data from internal data sources when directed by account owners and representatives to facilitate deeper knowledge of accounts and account opportunities.

  • Supports on post-sale inquiries that are received through either phone, email, or contact us form submissions with respect to invoicing, multiple listing, name/address changes, file transfers, my UL support queries, FUS estimates, file/volume withdrawals, reinstatements, alternate listing, Product iQ support etc.

  • Total Rewards: The target annual pay range for this position is $60,000. - 72,000. which includes a base salary of $50,000. - $60,000. and 100% on target performance. Members of the sales function are eligible to participate in the UL Solutions Sales Incentive Plan. The annual target incentive for this position is 20% of the base salary, paid quarterly, and is contingent upon performance.

  • High school diploma.

  • 2+ years of Customer Service and/or Inside Sales experience

  • Business acumen and a sufficient understanding of business sales processes.

  • Highly organized and self-directed

  • Strong communication and administrative skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software
