Location
The position will be based on our project in Darlington, ON . The successful candidate will be local to Darlington, Oshawa or surrounding areas, or willing to relocate .

Responsibilities
Oversee the development and maintenance of project schedules, cost estimates, and budgets.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
Implement and manage project control systems and procedures.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
Lead and mentor a team of project control professionals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project controls within the heavy industrial construction sector.
Proven experience with nuclear construction projects is highly desirable.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. #LI-GH
