V2X Maintenance Supervisor in Philippines
Overview
This position is physically located in the Philippines in support of LOGCAP
Under supervision of the Logistics Manager or applicable manager , supervises the daily operations of the Electronics Maintenance & Vehicle repair functions in support of the LOGCAP V Contract Task Order (TO) operations. The Maintenance Supervisor provides technical and operation guidance, and supervision to a multi-national Maintenance workforce and is responsible for the accountability and status of all equipment assigned to the section. Supervises recovery operations, bench stock management, driver’s training/education, safety, and environmental awareness.
Responsibilities

Supervises personnel engaged in field-level maintenance and recovery operations.
Conducts planning and scheduling of maintenance and services for all assigned equipment.
Prepares personnel work schedules and monitors performance of subordinates.
Hand Receipt Holder for tools, equipment, and spare parts assigned to the section.
Utilizes Global Combat Support-Army (GCSS-Army) to manage daily maintenance related functions.
Monitors work orders/production on all assigned equipment requiring corrective action.
Responsible for the tracking of equipment services, preventative maintenance checks and services (PMCS), administrative services, and unscheduled maintenance activities.
Ensures daily reporting is annotated with current and updated information.
Supervises physical/personnel security, supply and maintenance management operations as it pertains to assigned equipment.
Supervises the performance of sensitive/controlled item inventories.
Manages the standards of fleet Operational Readiness (OR) reporting; ensures accuracy and timeliness for equipment readiness reporting.
Supervises and tracks recoverable items to ensure compliance with exchange pricing (EP)/ recoverable items program.
Manages bench stock in accordance with applicable regulations.
Supervises vehicle dispatching operations.
Determines the causes of equipment readiness deficiencies, takes corrective action within area of responsibility, and provides feedback on systemic readiness problems.
Provides reports on safety, quality, supply, and maintenance issues.
Prepares and presents/submits reports and briefings to Management or external agencies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 4-6 years of maintenance and supply management experience with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity of a similar project/department/branch.
Experience maintaining Stryker Family of Tactical Wheeled Vehicles.
Experience with Maximo® Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) System desirable.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior Military training in maintenance and supply management or civilian equivalent preferred.
A valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator’s License.
Certification in GCSS-Army or other STAMIS is required.
H8 (Recovery Operations) certification required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain successful NACI background for Common Access Card (CAC).
Ability to acquire U.S. Passport within 30 days of hiring.
Must be a US citizen.
Experience:
Minimum of 4-6 years of maintenance and supply management experience with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity of a similar project/department/branch.
Experience maintaining Stryker Family of Tactical Wheeled Vehicles.
Experience with Maximo® Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) System desirable.
Skills:
Possesses thorough knowledge of GCSS-Army.
Possesses in-depth knowledge of The Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS) and Class IX Supply operations.
Must have effective communication and organizational skills.
Must be able to work with people of diverse background.
Possesses good Customer service, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Must be knowledgeable of/possesses the ability to identify the Military rank structure.
Must have expert knowledge of technical and commercial manuals for operations, servicing, and repair so that the correct procedures are used on the assigned equipment.
Possesses ability to perform root cause analysis and prepare corrective actions plans.
Must have full knowledge of management and usage of TMDE.
Familiar with the Army Logistics Readiness and Sustainability Program.
Must be proficient performing in performing troubleshooting on automotive systems.
Must be proficient in all phases of the paperwork that pertains to maintenance services, repairs, classification, etc.
Possesses expert knowledge of the maintenance prints so as to be able to establish workload priority.
Must be able to function effectively with little to no guidance.
Possesses knowledge of Tactical Recovery Operations of Wheeled Vehicles.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Working Environment:
The worker is subject to extreme heat. Temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of more than one hour. Consideration should be given to the effect of other environmental conditions, such as wind and humidity.
The worker is subject to outside environmental conditions. No effective protection from the weather.
The worker is subject to hazards. Includes a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to high heat or exposure to chemicals.
The worker is subject to atmospheric conditions. One or more of the following conditions that affect the respiratory system of the skin: fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, or poor ventilation.
Physical Requirements:
Heavy work. Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
