University of Arizona Global Campus Admissions & Matriculation Coordinator (Remote) in United States
The Admission & Matriculation Coordinator for the University of Arizona Global Campus (Global Campus) is a full-time employment position reporting to the Admission & Matriculation Manager . The Admission and Matriculation Coordinator works in the office of the Registrar and is responsible for validating and qualifying student applications and matriculating appropriately qualified students into their respective degree programs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for validating, enrolling, scheduling and conditionally admitting students into their respective degree programs, who are applying to the University of Arizona Global Campus for the first time, as well as University of Arizona Global Campus alumni student population.
Responsible for validating and enrolling students into their respective degree programs for students who are seeking re-admission tothe University of Arizona Global Campus.
Responsible for validating and updating the start date for students who wish to change their start date.
Responsible for reviewing and evaluating transfer credits to determine applicability to the University of Arizona Global Campus programs for prospective students who may be considering applying to the University of Arizona Global Campus.
Responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and entering transfer credits to determine applicability to the University of Arizona Global Campus programs.
Responsible for fully admitting students into their University of Arizona Global Campus program.
Responsible for follow up and effectively work with a team towards the completion of all student activities in his/her caseload from admissions through student lifecycle.
Responsible for reviewing, and evaluating transfer credits for students who are approaching graduation and need their file re-evaluated.
Directly respond and interact to all student inquires.
Assist in the distribution of workload to staff members.
Opportunity to assist with Senior Admission & Matriculation Coordinator additional job duties, depending on tenure and accrued subject matter expertise.
Any other duties as assigned.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Outlook to manage communication and work flow.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through experience required.
Up to 1 year of relevant work experience may be required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to utilize student information systems to manage communication and work flow.
Ability to utilize reports to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
PriorUniversity of Arizona Global Campus Registrar’s office experience.
