Allied Universal® is hiring a Enterprise Account Client Services Technology Manager. The Client Services Technology Manager will ensure the deployment of technical tools and resources, effectively deliver services and training, and serve as an internal subject matter expert providing knowledge and advise regarding Allied Universal technology and systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive the implementation and compliance of HELIAUS® during the contractual rollout phase in 2024
Serve as the first point of contact for HELIAUS® support for client sites, coordinating with branch resources as necessary
Lead initiatives to promote the regular and effective use of the HELIAUS® platform across all client sites
Continuously review HELIAUS® analytics and data to identify any non-compliance issues with system usage at any client site and design and implement improvements as necessary
Regularly produce training materials for end users of HELIAUS® and other technical systems used at client sites
Drive Mercury adoption, compliance, messaging, and other needs
Collaborate closely with portfolio leadership on projects requiring reporting via a technology platform or product
Sufficiently present project plans, scopes of work, development schedules, work products, outstanding work orders, subcontractor utilization, and present/identify foreign-owned products
Keep abreast of new technology deployments and lead adoption at high profile customer sites
Stay informed in the industry, identify technologies that may present a benefit to the security programs at client facilities
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must possess, or be able to obtain, a Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance
Due to the nature of our client’s business and contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Citizen or be classified as a U.S. Person
Work experience involving training related efforts and goals
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
Highly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology
Professional, articulate, and able to use independent judgment and discretion
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization, including with clients
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Business, or another related field
Prior experience in law enforcement and/or military, and/or relevant experience at a DoD Defense Contractor site in a cleared environment

Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly. Unused vacation is only paid out where required by law.
Pay Rate:$68,000-$75,000
