Description
We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Sr. Customer Service Representative in Carlsbad, California. As a Sr. Customer Service Representative, you will be playing a crucial role in managing customer interactions, tracking project statuses, and ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders.
Responsibilities
• Efficiently manage customer communication via inbound and outbound calls and emails.
• Accurately enter and process customer orders into our system, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
• Ensure customers are regularly updated on the status of their projects and delivery schedules.
• Work closely with production and logistics teams to prioritize and expedite orders when required.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, demonstrating empathy and resolution skills.
• Maintain well-organized and comprehensive records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
• Proficiency in CRM systems for managing customer interactions - 5+ years of experience in customer service (manufacturing experience preferred)
• Strong capabilities in data processing to facilitate operational efficiency
• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems to manage business processes
• Ability to handle answering inbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Experience in performing billing functions with accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent written communication skills for handling email communications
• Proven track record in assisting customers effectively and resolving their issues
• Strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Ability to manage delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery of products or services
