Actalent Construction Project Manager in WALLINGTON, New Jersey
My client is an industry leading, full service HVAC consulting company in full growth mode. They are looking to expand their team with an experience Mechanical Project Manager to run their commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
Description:
Manage and oversee mechanical projects from start to finish
Ensure projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets using MS Project
Review and approve RFI's and submittals
Oversee the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is progressing according to plan
Manage project documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping
Provide regular project status updates to senior management
