Description
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity in the Healthcare industry at our location. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be instrumental in handling a wide range of customer service and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently answer incoming calls and return missed calls to address customer inquiries.
• Effectively manage email correspondence with clients, providers, and internally within the team.
• Scrutinize and understand the provider's history in MedCheck, Scheck, and SalesCloud and consult with the Supervisor or other relevant departments for clarification.
• Proactively contact providers to discuss findings and ensure timely communication.
• Regularly maintain and update reports and spreadsheets to ensure accurate record keeping.
• Ensure regular attendance and punctuality to meet and exceed the service level.
• Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
• Exhibit knowledge of Workers Compensation fee schedules and regulations to guide customers.
• Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills to interact with customers.
• Showcase excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Display proficiency with Microsoft applications, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology and coding to assist customers effectively.
Requirements • Proven experience in Answering Inbound Calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Call Center Customer Service, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and patience.
• Strong Customer Service skills with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
• Experience in Data Entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Email Correspondence, ensuring effective and timely communication with patients and staff.
• Experience with both Inbound and Outbound Calls, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
• Experience in Order Entry, ensuring all patient orders are processed accurately and promptly.
• Ability to Schedule Appointments efficiently, managing multiple schedules in a complex healthcare environment.
• Experience in Medical Billing, with a strong understanding of NHS billing procedures and guidelines. TalentMatch®
