Job Title: Field Service Technician
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be A+ certified and possess excellent customer service skills. This role involves working independently, managing multiple tasks under pressure, and providing technical support across various locations in the Milwaukee area.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
Handle pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
Utilize the Service-Now Platform for tracking and managing tasks.
Work with Microsoft Excel and large data sets.
Follow detailed steps to complete computer rebuilds.
Backup data within the Windows OS.
Conduct online interviews as needed.
Interact professionally with C-level leadership and above.
Work flexible shifts between 7 AM and 7 PM (8-hour days).
Travel to different locations within the Milwaukee area.
Stay updated with new technology and IT processes.
Requirements:
A+ certification..
Familiarity with the Service-Now Platform.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Windows 10 and Active Directory.
Ability to follow detailed instructions for computer rebuilds.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Additional Information: This position is based in the Wauwatosa/Waukesha area. The manager is overseeing a significant refresh project in Wisconsin and requires a skilled technician to start training immediately. The project involves extensive customer interaction, including tracking down individuals, scheduling appointments, and conducting interviews to determine necessary applications for new computer images.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
