Overview

How You’ll Make an Impact

The Project Coordinator is responsible for processing On Demand print orders and assisting various team members with project execution tasks.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Compare orders to billing portals for accuracy. Correct any discrepancies.

  • Verify all documentation required by the client is stored accordingly

  • Consolidate orders, approvals and proof of delivery files for compliance review.

  • Ensure billing documents are submitted to compliance in a timely manner

  • Work with Compliance group to resolve any questions or issues regarding document submissions

  • Escalate any issues preventing timely billing

  • Maintain accurate and easily accessible work files

  • Maintain a positive approach towards all projects, including those that are outside typical job responsibilities

  • Maintain a professional demeanor towards management, supervisors, peers and employees at all times

  • Adherence to laws and best practices regarding customers and confidential data

  • Any miscellaneous projects and duties as assigned

Who You Are

  • What You’ll Bring With you:

  • High school diploma

  • Proficiency with MS Applications with better than average knowledge of Excel

  • Ability to quickly learn Sales Force system, internal portals, Adobe Acrobat PDF Creator and Combine Files functions

  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English

  • Demonstrate the ability to find any mistakes

  • Understand basic financial terms

  • Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality of information

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multi-task across competing demands and change direction frequently

  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment

  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility in a rapidly changing fast paced environment

  • Good sense of urgency and ownership, high reliability

Base Salary: $28,950 - $48,250

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
