Kelly® is seeking a General Operator - 1st Shift to join our team in West Lebanon, IN.
Pay Rate: $17/hr

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate production machinery
Calibrate machines for optimum output
Periodically test machine operations
Review work orders for material needs
Measure and feed raw materials into machinery
Inspect output for machine-related errors
Maintain activity logs
Communicate problems to Supervisor
Perform machine maintenance
Participate in 5S activities and TFPS initiatives
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred
0 – 3 years of factory/assembly experience
Adherence to safety regulations
Basic production knowledge
Use measuring devices
Attention to detail
Physical stamina (lift up to 40 pounds)
Effective communication skills
Team player and independent work ability
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Lean Manufacturing knowledge preferred
