Primary Purpose

The Data Integration Analyst is primarily responsible for working with the Enterprise Data Integration Team on interfacing with internal and external systems to integrate data either to or from those systems. This position has an expert understanding of the data flow of the enterprise domain. The work will require detail-level documentation generation from high to low level.

Essential Functions

  • Conceptualize, develop, and deploy data extraction procedures working collaboratively with clients

  • Develop recommendations for internal leadership around preferred data integration methodologies

  • Ensure barriers to timely completion of Data Integration Services projects are anticipated and overcome

  • Work effectively with internal and external project managers to ensure timely delivery of implementation

  • Proactively identifies, recognizes, and acts on opportunities for improvement to advance business goals. Technical Leadership skills to work with all phases of the data lifecycle, from analysis coding to testing and implementation

  • Complete product technical design and prototyping, data, bug verification, and resolution

  • Work effectively with stakeholders to gather strategic requirements, design, and development of data

  • Help support program and system design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation

  • Adhere to AGILE project management methodology by utilizing internal procedures and tools to identify areas for methodology improvement and best practices

  • Develop FAQs, Tool Glossaries, and system user documentation as necessary to support implementation activities

  • Build and maintain end to end knowledge of our products and their usage

  • Perform other duties as assigned

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in COmputer Science, Information Systems or a related field

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum one year of experience in data extraction, transformation, mapping and migration across various platforms

ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and effectively negotiate with business, sr. management, peers with a high level of confidence and composure

  • Ability to take input and direction from several stakeholders and compile to create an innovative end product

  • Ability to work independently solving application software problems

  • Ability to communicate with programmers on complex projects

  • Ability to work coordinate, and execute application testing for complex applications

  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

  • Preferred experience with Informatica

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.

Salary Range

$69,700.00 – $101,000.00 / year
